A Weekend Retreat of Self Discovery and Empowerment September 12–14, 2025

Join us for a powerful and heart opening weekend of practice, contemplation, and connection designed to awaken your inner wisdom and affirm your most authentic, joyful path in life.

This retreat is an invitation to step more fully into who you are. It’s about self discovery, empowerment, authenticity, and growth. We are all unique, and one of the greatest gifts we can give the world is to become more fully ourselves and offer that truth with love.

Surrounded by the beauty of nature, we will move, reflect, express, and simply be in community, with purpose, and in peace.


Meet Our Guest Author & Teacher: Jean Jyotika Skeels

We are honored to welcome Jean Jyotika Skeels as our featured guest and guide during this retreat.

Jean is a death doula, life coach, yoga teacher, writer, and mother, who has spent over two decades creating transformational spaces for healing, self-inquiry, and soulful living. Her work is rooted in compassion, truth, and the belief that we all carry deep wisdom within.

On Saturday, Jean will lead a powerful, heart-centered experience inspired by her book:

“Before You Go” a poetic and thoughtful guide to living fully, letting go gracefully, and embracing the present with awareness.

This special session will weave together conversation, reflection, gentle practice, and creative expression inviting you to explore your life with deeper clarity, presence, and courage.

Throughout the weekend, you’ll be supported by a nourishing blend of movement, rest, reflection, nature, and creativity all offered in a welcoming and peaceful environment.

Yoga : Ground your body, move with awareness, and reconnect with breath and presence. These sessions offer release, alignment, and restoration.

Meditation & Yoga Nidra : Settle into stillness through guided breathwork and deep relaxation. These practices help calm the nervous system and bring clarity to the mind.

Journaling : Tap into your inner voice through gentle writing prompts and self-inquiry—discovering wisdom, truth, and space within.

Yoga Dance : Joyful and expressive movement that invites freedom, play, and emotional release no choreography, just connection to the rhythm of your being.

Sound Healing : Let waves of sound carry you inward. Through bowls, chimes, and vibration, you’ll experience a deep sense of balance and energetic renewal.
Art & Music Expression Stations : Paint, play, or simply explore our open creative space invites you to express yourself through color, sound, and spontaneous inspiration. No experience needed.

Kayaking & Paddleboarding : Drift gently across still waters, held by the rhythm of nature. These moments on the lake offer calm, perspective, and joy..

Forest Meditation & Nature Immersion

Walk slowly, breathe deeply, and listen to the quiet wisdom of the trees, the breeze, and the stillness of the land.

Guided Hikes Around Our Private Lake

Peaceful trails await you offering a chance to move with intention, reflect in silence, or connect with others surrounded by natural beauty.

Nourishing Persian-Mediterranean Meals

Enjoy delicious, colorful meals prepared with organic, local ingredients. Each dish is crafted with love to nourish body and soul.
